Introduction

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires institutions in the public sector to make information available through a Publication Scheme.

Hartlepool Sixth Form College has adopted the ‘model’ Publication Scheme developed for the Further Education sector which lists classes of information held and any charges payable to access this information.

A fee is payable to cover the costs of retrieval, photocopying, postage and administration incurred by the College:

1-10 sheets: Free
11+ sheets: £10

This publication scheme has been approved by the College’s Governing Body.
